Situational Leadership™ II

This Ken Blanchard Co. class explores the Situational Leadership™ model in depth. In this two-day course:

• Managers will discover the appropriate leadership style to use in different situations as they learn to coach their employees to success.
• Participants will learn to diagnose the level of competence and commitment levels of their employees.
• Managers will learn the specific needs of employees at all levels of their development
• Participants will learn how to partner for performance with employees to set them up for success.

There is also a half-day follow-up course. Managers will have the opportunity to practice their real-life coaching situations using the Situational Leadership model. They will leave the course with an in-depth knowledge of how to demonstrate their commitment in helping employees succeed.
